Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Training Period: Approximately 2 weeks

STS Line Maintenance is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join its growing team in Miami, Florida (MIA). In this role, you’ll provide critical office and operational support to ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and smooth coordination of key administrative tasks. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced aviation environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review technical documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Scan and upload documents into customer data centres
- Build and maintain labour consumption and utilisation reports
- Assist in the development of reports for tracking and forecasting departmental expenses
- Perform administrative office duties as assigned
- Assist with aircraft material handling tasks when required
- Conduct work order reconciliation to ensure accurate customer billing
- Collaborate with operational teams and support project completion on schedule
Required Qualifications:
- Strong administrative background with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable using available resources to solve problems and answer job-related inquiries
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to apply knowledge across varying tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and contribute to team success
- Flexible and capable of meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment
- Valid driver’s license required
