Description
The Ecommerce Specialist is responsible for ensuring the continuity & high level of eStores daily performance via overseeing daily eStore operations (campaigns, promotions, personalization, roll-outs, etc.), liaising with operational counterparts from other departments (e.g. customer service, fulfilment, and Food & Beverage), and analysing and actioning on realtime data
Maintain an up-to-date set of promotions, activations & complementary offers on the web-store to ensure a high level of appeal of QDF eStores offer
Launch, support & close on time brand & trade spaneting campaigns to ensure compliance with the spaneting campaign calendar
Deploy loyalty spaneting offers via collaboration with Privilege Club to ensure customer base growth & retention
Regularly review the assortment selection of the eStore with Category Management & Senior
Management to ensure its relevance; action agreed assortment adjustments
Perform regular analysis & reporting of web/campaign-analytics & business KPls, propose & action databased performance improvement plans
Conduct dynamic top-line KPI forecasting for the eStore together with eCommerce Manager & Demand Planning to ensure proper operational planning
Ensure synchronization of the eStores operations with Customer Service, Fulfilment & other involved departments
Assist in the development & update of operational procedures & standards for QDF eCommerce to drive consistency, compliance and clarity of processes
Support Customer Experience personalization through timely deployment of respective campaigns & through the correct set-up of personalization goals, segments & methods
Participate in new feature testing & adoption roll-outs to support QDF eStores long-term product enhancement strategy
Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders in case its required for the continuity of operations
Perform other de artment duties related to his/her osition as directed b the Head of the Department

Qualifications
About you
The successful candidate will have the following:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
Minimum of 4 years of job-related experience
Experience with Web analytics
Experience working in an online/omnichannel retailers operations
Experience working with external parties (agencies, suppliers)
Experience with CMS (Content Management System), Google Analytics
Job Specific Skills:
Advanced MS Excel proficiency
Fluent English
Understanding of P&L (Profit & Loss Statement & budget management principles)
Understanding of UX (User Experience) & Customer Journey principles
Ability to establish efficient communication (both within the company & with external parties)
High level of ownership & professional independency
Structured & systematic approach to work
Great attention to detail and results-driven mindset
