The Boeing Company’s Production System Training organization is currently seeking an Experienced Training Analyst to join our team in North Charleston, South Carolina!
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading curriculum development and implementation for professional development of teammates of the 787 Supply Chain Fulfillment team.
This individual will lead effective, engaging, and interactive learning experiences integrating multimedia technology and interactive strategies to support a highly effective, world-class learning environment. Partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and other stakeholders in a dynamic environment, the strategist will optimize the educational program integrating hands-on, experience-based, and classroom learning approaches that achieve all learning objectives and a high fulfillment standard of excellence to support the Boeing Production System.
Position Responsibilities:
Design, develop, implement, and manage effective, interactive, and engaging curriculum, course content and instructional materials that include classroom, on-the-job, and innovative synchronous/asynchronous formats to meet all objectives
Curate and build learning paths and proficiency measurement tools to meet professional development needs of teammates and the business requirements while consistently maintaining a lens of continuous improvement
Work with content developer to integrate relevant multimedia technology and interactive strategies that support a highly effective world-class learning environment
Partner with cross-functional learning leaders to coordinate, plan, monitor, report on, and optimize professional development program plans that enhance the business to achieve key performance goals
Deliver content and assess effectiveness based on learning objectives using proven evaluation methodologies to refine training for maximum impact
Monitor and evaluate performance needs and outcomes
Define project scope and timeline and recommend deliverables, budget and resources
Identify, collaborate with and develop SMEs as instructors to develop and deliver effective training and professional development
Maintain professional development schedule/calendar in coordination with employment forecasting plan and maintain teammate development tracking
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience using curriculum management and/or Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodologies, systems and tools
3+ years of experience managing multiple projects concurrently
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Advanced degrees or certifications in Curriculum Development, Organizational Behavior or Industrial Organizational Psychology, Instructional Systems Design, Education, Psychology, Organizational Learning, Human Factors, Training, or Training Technology
Experience with Project Management
Experience leading and delivering strategic communications and change management strategies
Experience working in learning and development or talent management organizations
Capability to give and receive both positive and constructive feedback effectively
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong command of MS Office skills and ability to reliably produce accurate deliverables on a short timeline
Proven capability to consult with and build effective relationships with learning and business partners at all levels (teammates to executives)
Capability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders
High level of productivity and capability to independently manage tasks to meet deadlines

Summary pay range: $76,500-$103,500
