Job Description:
Job Summary
Were looking for an experienced admin to support Dassaults 3DEXPERIENCE platform. Youll balance daily ops and project work, requiring diverse technical expertise and strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support ENOVIA, 3DX, and Cameo/Teamwork Cloud apps (patching, upgrades, end-user support)
  • Deliver creative solutions to mitigate issues and limit manual troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with IT peers on security, vulnerability management, and reporting
  • Provide quick support for incidents and outages
  • Communicate effectively with business users on issues and project deliverables
  • Work with process owners and SMEs to understand business requirements
  • Create/update support documentation
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of application and server admin experience (Windows/Linux)
  • 5+ years of PLM system admin experience (Dassault Systèmes)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with user authentication (Kerberos, SAML 2.0, LDAP, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
  • Development, collaboration, and testing tools (JIRA, Git, SVN, etc.)
  • Red Hat Linux
  • Matrix Query Language (MQL)
  • Database basics
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
