Daher Kodiak Aircraft is seeking a Production Planner. This role is responsible for issuing Production Work Orders to the production floor, supporting the integration of engineering and Method of Manufacture (MOM) changes into the production environment, and expediting materials to ensure efficient production flow.
Key Responsibilities- Perform data entry and maintain accurate production records
- Print and assemble job travelers for production use
- Assist in creating and issuing Production Work Orders to the shop floor
- Incorporate Engineering and MOM changes into production, including updates to work-in-progress (WIP) orders
- Monitor, manage, and resolve material shortages
- Execute low-risk job entry functions
- Respond to and resolve production control and planning issues in a timely manner
- Expedite materials to meet production schedules
- Process Part Removal Tickets and generate associated jobs and parts
- Support production timelines, including working overtime as needed
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree (or equivalent) or a minimum of 3 years of directly related experience in Supply Chain or Production preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Strong working knowledge of Windows-based systems and business applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Information related to the position:
The compensation range is $45,000 to $55,000 base salary plus an annual target bonus. Any prospective offer will take into account the overall experience the successful candidate brings to the role.
