As a Quality Analyst II, youll develop and implement processes and procedures meant to improve quality throughout the organization. Youll perform inspections of finished or in-process goods, analyze data, and identify trends in defects or errors, as well as investigate quality failures and recommend changes to internal procedures to prevent future quality issues. Your responsibilities will include basic assessment and reporting on the impact of process changes on quality, and for monitoring vendors or suppliers for compliance with established or contracted quality standards.
As SNCs corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, spaneting, and communications.
Responsibilities:
Manage Supplier Information Management tasks within Enterprise Approved Supplier List (ASL)
Manage KPIs for Supplier Quality
Develop and manage dashboards using Power BI
Review Supplier Quality documentation received from Supplier for accuracy and compliance to SNC quality requirements.
Maintain Suppliers Quality Information within the SNCs Source to Pay system, and coordinate with cross functional stakeholders.
Manage updates to Supplier Quality procedures and coordinate training with cross functional teams as needed.
Maintain Supplier Quality SharePoint site
Qualifications You Must Have:
•Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
•Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Prior experience maintaining supplier information in a Source to Pay system
Experience with with reviewing supplier questionnaires, quality certifications, etc.
Solid experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Qualifications We Prefer:
Excellent communication skills with experience sharing reports and coordinating cross functional teams
Business process at enterprise level
Prior experience with creating and managing dashboards
Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, Mini Tab, PowerBI, SQL
Understanding of Nonconformance, Root Cause analysis and Corrective actions
Green Belt Lean Six Sigma
Experience supporting audits and quality management system processes
