As a Reclamations Data Entry Clerk, you will provide administrative and clerical support to the Aircraft Reclamations department while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism. In this fast-paced environment, you will be expected to multitask across a variety of responsibilities including parts tracking, data entry, and coordination with internal teams. This role is essential to maintaining organization and efficiency throughout the reclamation process.
As a 24/7 operation, we have openings across all shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and 12-hour schedules. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work any shift based on operational needs. Overtime—both scheduled and unscheduled, including holidays—may also be required.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ability to read, write, and understand the English language and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- One to three years of experience in administrative support, shipping, warehouse operations, or related fields preferred.
- Experience with aircraft parts research or aviation-related work is strongly preferred but not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, balancing, and reaching above shoulder level.
- Occasional crawling, climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
- Corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
EQUIPMENT OPERATED:
- Protective equipment occasionally required, including goggles, safety glasses, face shields, ear protection, apron, gloves, safety harness, breathing equipment.
- Forklifts, pallet jacks, banding machines, foam machines, and scales.
- Vehicles such as trucks or golf carts.
- Standard office equipment including computers and printers.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Work is performed in aircraft reclamation areas, office settings, and shipping environments.
- Potential hazards include exposure to high intensity noise levels, extreme changes in temperature, electrical charges and radar waves, materials identified on the Safety Data Sheets, and working around moving machinery.
OTHER DUTIES:
- May assist with loading and unloading trucks using a forklift or pallet jack.
- May support other departments with heavy lifting or operational needs.
- May be required to work at both Marana, AZ and Tucson, AZ locations as business needs dictate.
- Additional duties may be assigned at the discretion of department management.
