Job Description:
Airbus Helicopters is looking for a part-time SAP SD Analyst (Temporary Contract) to join our Business Systems and Forecasting team based in Grand Prairie, TX.
Meet the Team:
This role supports the Customer Support Team in North America providing a high level of technical support for SAP applications, improvements and maintenance. This role also provides support for new systems and processes that require a combination of business and technical skills to solve business challenges with the use of technology.

Your Challenges:
Primary Responsibilities:
SAP Support, Development and Improvement: 60
Acquire and maintain a clear understanding of systems and technologies used in Airbus processes
Identify opportunities to improve business processes withing SAP SD
Provide day to day support for SAP SD users, resolving and troubleshooting issues
Resolve SAP SD support tickets
Configure system settings based on business needs
Facilitate and support ongoing SAP SD implementations
Collaborate with developers, functional specialist and technical teams to provide troubleshooting, implementation and testing go live
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) of proposed enhancements and propose UAT scenarios to be tested
Review, update, and create detailed user manuals and process documentation
Process and Communications: 40
Work on complex assignments requiring independent action and initiative to resolve
Collaborate with AH Group teams on projects and initiatives
Enables top-down or bottom-up communication, and all-ways exchanges between project collaborators about way of working and best processes to get the maximum business value
Assist in data collection, analysis and feedback on relevant SAP SD topics for management team
Responsible for accurate digital filing of work instructions and procedural documentation

Bachelor&39;s degree in Information Technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience applying technology to solve business challenges
Minimum of 5 years of associated work experience in SAP SD module
5 Domestic and International involved
US Person under ITAR definition (U.S. Citizen, green card holder or person covered under our existing ITAR license)
Experience in formal methodologies, processes and tools for testing of functionality. Must understand the value and goals of unit, integration and regression testing
Experience crafting clear, concise and comprehensive documentation for end-users and/or technical teams
Strong business & digital skills regarding SAP is required
Expert time management with a strong ability to multi-task
Sound customer service skills
Ability to meet critical due dates and provide high level status updates to management
Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form in English
SAP experience (Possesses Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in one or more functional area/module, specifically in the area of and Sales and Distribution (SD) , Material Management (MM) or Production Planning (PP))
Proficiency with GSuite tools (Document, Sheet, Slide) and ability to learn new technologies
Technical skills in Project Management and Ticket management software, JIRA, ServiceNow
Preferred:
5 years within the Aerospace industry
Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and other project management methodologies
Understanding of Airbus IM standards, project and services methodologies, and procedures
SAP SD/MM or PP certifications
Advanced SAP Training
ABAP Knowledge
Able to debug a process in SAP

Walking (include routine walking such as to a shared printer to retrieve documents): able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces. Daily

This position is a temporary (contract) position through the end of 2025 but could be extended or shortened as needed. Contractors are employed by a 3rd party vendor and placed on assignment to Airbus in America.
