Youll be responsible for evaluating and screening candidates for a wide variety and level of positions and for promoting a work environment that openly embraces individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences--and for creating a positive candidate experience, as well. Using your knowledge of general business fundamentals and SNC business goals, you will use data-driven information to work with hiring managers and HR business partners to influence talent decisions. You will also have the opportunity to build and search for top talent using available SNCs TA systems as well as external resources.

Must haves:
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field of study and 6 or more years of work experience
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Must be able to handle complex searches while partnering directly with executive leaders.
• Must demonstrate aptitude with direct sourcing as well as building and maintaining a strong network for pipeline recruiting.
• Experience with salary negotiation and closing candidates
• Demonstrated consultative and solution oriented approach to recruitment search engagements
Preferred:
• Experience with social media recruitment tools
• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry
• Experience with technical recruiting
• Experience working in a service focused organization of comparable size and complexity
• Experience with Workday ATS.
• Experience utilizing HiredScore, Beamery or Paradox

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $129,724.54. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
