Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Bielsko. In this role, you will primarily focus on recruitment efforts for Avio Aero but also support other GE Aerospace sites. You will collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Managers and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including active search, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate presentation. Your experience in technical recruitment, especially in engineering and manufacturing, ideally within the aerospace industry, will enable you to excel in this role.Our ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, and committed to finding the best candidates for our organization. Essential Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Coordinate hiring efforts in partnership with business leaders and HRs, ensuring that hiring plans are executed on schedule and meet quality standards to support operational demands effectively.
Conduct active searches and develop talent mapping strategies for critical roles, identifying potential candidates and building a pipeline for high-impact positions.
Engage potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely candidate information.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to stakeholders.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualification/Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Previous experience in technical recruitment talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment.
Previous experience of sourcing passive technical candidates in competitive markets. • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Fluent in English.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Desired Characteristics
Experience/knowledge of the Aerospace industry would be helpful, but is not a requirement.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
