We are looking fora strong leader to join our program in support of the U.S. Navy. Come join the team at the Surface Combat Systems Center (SCSC) Wallops Island. Typical responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Oversight, planning, executing and completing various installations, removals, modifications of buildings, hardware, cabinets and infrastructure of Tactical Facilities to support various US Naval Combat Systems.
- Technical and management oversight of Plumbers, Welders, Electricians and General Maintenance employees of a Services Contract Act contract.
- Directly reporting to the Work Area 1 Engineering and Analysis Chief Engineer on daily matters that support the infrastructure and integration of US Naval Combat Systems for Surface Combat Systems Center Wallops Island, VA.
- Drives towards performance objectives as established by our engineering and contract Leadership.
- Develops employees and motivates them leveraging BAE Systems tools.
