Tasks
Challenges that await you:
- Supporting Procurement team (Fuel or Applications Management) in everyday tasks
- Handling communication in English (and German)
- Supporting user management (gathering documentation, performing changes in the system)
- Supporting system master data management
- Analysis of data quality issues
- Preparing basic Excel reports
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
Are you a student (preferably Logistics, Economics etc.) looking to gain valuable experience? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with:
- Good command of English (min. B2 level)
- German language skills will be very welcomed! (B1 or B1/B2 level)
- Good command of MS Office (we use Outlook and Teams in everyday work)
- Analytical skills and willingness to work with numbers and data (Excel skills or SQL skills are very welcomed as well as opennes to learn how to use these tools)
- Time & task management
- Communication skills
- Team player
- Availability 20-25 hours per week
