Intern, Industrialization

Job Description:

As an Industrial Engineering Intern, you will work on the manufacturing processes of our products, develop systems to make processes more efficient, enforce quality control procedures to avoid production line problems, communicate with program managers and production personnel, and enforce safe practices in Industrial environments. During the internship, you will be learning the processes and operational requirements of the organization and performing the work to implement them. Your duties can span production planning, problem-solving, troubleshooting processes and equipment, performing RCCAs, creating and developing work instructions, performing Lean, 5S and visual management best practices, floor mapping, presentations and report outs to the leadership teams, and other duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

Intern (Candidate)
•\tAble to work 3-6 month program, 29 hours maximum per week
•\tRecent graduates are welcome
•\tHighly detail oriented: able to correctly interpret complex tabulated specifications and able to meticulously follow manufacturing flow, data entry, and related process requirements
