Collins Aerospace is seeking a high-energy, dynamic team member to join our Cabin Integration value stream in Everett, WA as a Materials Associate IV. In this vital role, you will provide critical inventory and kitting support for our sustaining business, helping to maintain a seamless flow of materials across the production floor. Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, you will perform a variety of manual and administrative tasks related to inventory control, WIP, and kitting, all while adhering to established procedures and standards. Working in a fast-paced environment, your keen attention to detail and strong collaboration skills will ensure alignment between manufacturing processes (MPs), work instructions, and material handling practices. Youll also have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement by applying CORE principles, contributing to innovations that enhance operational excellence and efficiency.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate closely with the Planning team to ensure the accurate and timely execution of work orders.
• Prepare work order kits with a strong focus on precision and attention to detail.
• Support functional group KPIs by maintaining performance standards and actively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all work orders, ensuring compliance with operational requirements.
• Utilize material handling tools and equipment, such as screw guns, tape measures, and related devices, to support kitting activities.
• Operate material handling vehicles, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Foster a positive and professional work environment by addressing challenges constructively with management and promoting team morale.
• Perform additional related duties as needed within the scope of the Materials/Kitting function to support overall operations.

Qualifications We Require:

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Collins Aerospace will not offer sponsorship for this position.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. unaided.
• Obtain forklift certification if required
• Computer skills to include data entry of issuing materials, goods movements, etc.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Knowledge of SAP and Excel (look ups, pivot tables).
• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Previous materials/Kitting experience.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The hourly range for this role is $25.65 USD - $48.10 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
