Full-Time Monday–Friday 10 AM–7 PM Pay: $16–$17/hr Climate‑Controlled Facility

We’re hiring multiple Entry‑Level Aviation Shipping Associates to join our growing team. No aviation experience is required — we provide full training. All you need is reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring aviation parts are shipped safely, accurately, and on time by:

• Packing and preparing aviation parts for shipment
• Securing items properly to prevent damage
• Including correct labels and documentation with each order
• Uploading photos and shipment information into the computer system
• Maintaining an organized, clean, and safe workspace
• Supporting a team that focuses on accuracy and quality

Aviation experience is not required — training is provided.

You should have:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable work habits and the ability to work well with a team
• Previous warehouse or shipping experience is helpful but not required
• Experience with UPS/FedEx systems is a plus

• Entry into the aviation industry with room to grow
• Climate‑controlled, comfortable warehouse environment
• Steady Monday–Friday schedule (10 AM–7 PM)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Doral, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
