Responsibilities
1. Ability to troubleshoot all systems and phases of the operation; 2. Ability to communicate at all levels within the plant; 3. Represent the plant to outside vendors as required; 4. Assign work orders to skill level employees as necessary; 5. Handle and coordinate with all departments to provide effective operations.
Qualifications
Education required: -High School diploma or GED -Minimum of two years technical trade school or equivalent experience Experience: General mechanic experience required. Industrial experience in a similar industry preferred. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: 1. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills 2. Displays above average worth ethics & morale 3. Administrative skills 4. Leadership skills Skills/Competencies: 1. Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office package 2. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Other Skills: 1. Ability to work well in a team environment 2. Detail oriented Assessment: Employee must pass Pre-employment screening
