Shift: 4th Shift – Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Shift: 5th Shift – Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
What You’ll Do – A Day in the LifeAs a Maintenance Technician, you will help ensure equipment and facility systems run safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Observing mechanical devices in operation to identify and diagnose issues
Disassembling machinery to remove and replace defective parts
Inspecting components for wear, imperfections, and dimensional changes
Adjusting and repairing motors, conveyors, pneumatic tools, and production equipment
Lubricating, cleaning, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance
Using welding equipment, machine tools, and hand tools to repair machinery
Performing general facility maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and preventative maintenance)
Assisting with minor electrical repairs under supervision
Initiating material and parts requests when needed
Testing repaired equipment to confirm proper operation

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Basic understanding of electrical systems and plumbing
Experience working with PVC, CPVC, and black steel piping (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical RequirementsThis role requires regular physical activity, including:
Standing and reaching with hands and arms regularly
Using hands to handle tools and equipment frequently
Walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, or climbing occasionally
Lifting up to 30 lbs. regularly and pushing up to 75 lbs. when needed
Ability to perform work requiring close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustments
Work Environment & RequirementsSteel or composite-toe safety shoes required
Safety glasses and long-sleeve shirt required for interview and daily work
Background check required (no exceptions)

Pay Details: $28.18 to $59.05 per hour
