Job Description:
ALMATY
the AGE Manager shall perform the following activities:
Support the Buyer in checking items, including help with the misidentification of AGE and support in obtaining any missing documentation.
Support the Buyer with the visual inspection of AGE items to check whether they have been delivered without damage and missing parts.
Support the Buyer in checking that AGE works correctly.
Support to the Buyer in checking that, where applicable, AGE items have expiration dates after the date of delivery.
Provide advice in relation to the appropriate storing of AGE items, taking into account AGE characteristics, anticipated daily use and AGE documentation.
Assist in the preparation of AGE warranty claims (working with the MSSR) in the case of manufacturing defects and/or missing parts (warranty claims remain the responsibility of the Buyer).
Check and advise whether the operator requires training to operate the AGE items ordered.
Check and advise whether the AGE has special storage requirements.
Check and advise whether the AGE requires any scheduled maintenance or calibration or load test.
Check and advise whether the AGE requires any first use procedure.
Where an item of AGE requires installation, check and advise that such installation has been performed properly (for the avoidance of doubt the installation of AGE is an operator responsibility).
AGE Operation Phase Activities
During the AGE operation phase, the AGE Manager shall perform the following activities:
Provide technical information and advice requested by the operator in relation to the use of AGE items.
Support the operator 145 MO in the use of AGE, including but not limited to, documentation support and support to AGE commissioning.
Ensure that AGE documentation (ITE and User Manual) is in accordance with the current version.
Provide support where items are missing or have been updated in the Illustrated Tool and Equipment Information Set (ITE).
Inform operator of any technical and/or AGE related logistics issues already identified by the Seller in relation to other customers.
Assist in the preparation of AGE warranty claims (working with the MSSR) in the case of a manufacturing defect that becomes apparent during the relevant warranty period (warranty claims remain the responsibility of the Buyer).
Assist in the administration of AGE repairs.
Provide general information on best practices relating to AGE.
Support operator Air Force personnel in AGE maintenance and planning with the intent of improving operator Air Force processes and skills.
Assist with AOG incidents and ISER linked to AGE.
Provide a local focal point for operator in relation to AGE issues, including the operation of the Nations Owned AGE Maintenance (Inspection, Calibration and Repair)
