This involves the trafficking, quality control and uploading of advertising material to various platforms as required. This could include a variety of media properties including websites, newsletters, in-flight entertainment, app. The position also involves the reporting of stats and preparation of necessary documentation as required.
Primary Responsibilities Review incoming advertiser creative to ensure it complies with specificationsOwn the tracking, maintaining of logs and files of advertising material process Create and manage the validation process for client approvals for all supplied advertiser ad materialBe the SME on advert programming and campaigns inclusive of producing ad tags for digital ad placementsCollaborate with analytics teams for ad-traffic tags required for system updates by appropriate technical teams where necessaryBe the SME and final quality lead for campaigns going liveEnsure tags are tracking based on campaign requirements and monitor metrics to optimize performance ensuring delivery as per insertion ordersUpdate blocking charts with booked ad positions, circulate to sales; advise sales of avails on impression-based ad positionsLiaise with manager, IFE product and sales as needed with respect to specs, dates, inventory availability and ad materials Interpret post campaign reports and provide guidance and input to sales and analytics teams for customer reporting Be SME on advertising content management systems and manage roadmap for system improvements
QualificationsMinimum 3 years of relevant ad production experienceUniversity Degree or College Diploma in print production, project management, business administration or equivalentStrong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skillsDemonstrated ability to handle multiple projects in an organized manner, and to manage competing prioritiesProven ability to meet deadlines and handle deadline pressures efficiently and effectivelyAbility to work independently and collaboratively, in a team environmentExperience in pre-flighting files for printIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word; Adobe inDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat; Comfortable in a Mac environmentTraining with ad servers, experience with different types of ad tags, an assetKnowledge of online metrics, digital sales cycle, digital ad management systems an asset
