Join our Special Projects Department and take the lead on transformative initiatives that shape the future of our company!
As an Experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of highly varied and complex projects. Your portfolio could include anything from the design and construction of a new corporate building, to the study and deployment of a new ERP system, or even the establishment of a new international subsidiary.
This is a key role for a strategic thinker with a talent for organization, collaboration and a passion for solving complex challenges. You will report to the Head of Special Projects.
Lead and Drive Projects : You will guide assigned projects, overseeing all phases from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
Define Scope and Objectives : Work closely with stakeholders to clearly define project scopes, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Oversee Budgets and Timelines: Diligently monitor and manage project budgets and schedules to ensure delivery is on time and within financial scope.
Manage Risks: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression.
Foster Clear Communication : Maintain clear, concise, and regular communication with all internal clients and key stakeholders, providing timely updates on project status, challenges, and successes.
Unite and Motivate Teams: Foster a collaborative and productive environment, effectively federating internal teams and external partners to achieve project goals.
Guide Through Challenges: Confidently address challenges, provide clear direction to keep projects on track, and facilitate effective conflict resolution.
Internal Client Satisfaction: Ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet or exceed the expectations of our internal clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven Project Management Expertise: Extensive experience (typically 7&43; years) in managing complex, multi-faceted projects, ideally with a background in diverse sectors or project types.
Exceptional Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute complex undertakings with meticulous attention to details.
Strong Leadership & Federation Abilities: Proven track record of successfully leading, motivating, and uniting diverse teams and stakeholders towards a common goal.
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively to all levels of an organization.
Confident Decision-Making : The ability to make sound, well-reasoned decisions, even under pressure, to guide the project forward and navigate obstacles.
Problem-Solving Acumen: Highly analytical with a strong ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Budget & Time Management: Expert proficiency in managing project budgets and timelines, with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Client-Centric Approach: A strong commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of internal clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.

This position as Project Manager can be based in the Paris or Toulouse area
Are you THE one ?
You are graduate from a business school or engineering school or equivalent (Master degree or equivalent).
You have at least 5 years of experience in Project Management
you have solid knowledge of project management in different sectors
you master the operation of a company preferably in the field of service and consulting
you know how to take a step back and are curious to discover new areas and approaches
You are proactive and demonstrate autonomy
Knowledge of Airbus programs, processes and products would be a plus.
Those around you describe you as open-minded and dynamic.
You know how to adapt to different situations, and you are a model of organization and rigor
Team spirit and interpersonal skills are assets that characterize you.
