AFO is seeking an experienced DPAS Lead with background in program implementation, customer-facing support, and experience supporting SOCOM/SOF.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic-level Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) program implementation planning and reporting support to J41 Material Management Division Chief, the J4 Director, and any GO/SES level office as required.
- Creates weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required utilizing data visualization tools, DPAS data, and correlates with other LIS systems currently used by USSOCOM.
- Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including implementation, material management, operations, continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Maintains operational calendar, project plans, and creates presentations as required to satisfy inquiries, standard and non-standard reporting requirements.
- Provides financial reporting information generated from the DPAS system to agencies within USSOCOM as required (for example: SOFM, FIAR).
- Employs matured interpersonal skills, such as action and solution-oriented approach to problem solving, to support DPAS implementation in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
- Actions the government’s intent with little to no direct guidance to achieve objectives.
- Employs the entire Microsoft Office Suite capability to produce manage workload requirements and provide administrative work products.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree required in logistics management, supply chain or business-related field.
- Minimum 10 Years of combined experience with DOD or other federal agency in Financial Management, Program Management, IT, Material Management or Logistics.
- Minimum 3 years of item management experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in material management utilizing an LIS.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a government or civilian project or team lead.
- DAU Lifecycle Logistics Level I certified.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Secret Clearance required on day one of performance.
