- Part 121 Air Carrier Training Experience
- Ten (10) years of aviation experience
- Five (5) years Airline Management Experience or Three (3) years of relevant management experience
- Experience in Part 121 airline operations.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- FAA ATP certificate
- Excellent motivation skills and ability to foster a teamwork environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a calm demeanor under high-pressure situations.
- Excellent leadership and critical thinking skills.
- Highly organized and self-managed individual with ability to work with little or no direct supervision.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Company policies and procedures.
- Ability to write manuals, training materials, and courseware for aircraft specific and airline general requirements.
Special demands:
- Minimum 20% travel required.
- Must have no restrictions on domestic or international travel.
- Will require working evenings and weekends and on scheduled company holidays to accommodate the needs of the customers and business operations.
- General office conditions and general flight conditions in aircraft
Skills:
- Should demonstrate strong leadership, authority, and administrative capabilities to effectively support Flight Operations training activities.
- Experience in effective people management, conflict resolution, and resource allocation is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, administrative, technical, and communication skills are preferred to support cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to keep track of many moving parts and identify irregularities timely
- Ability to engage with and establish credibility with at the most senior/executive level.
- Analytical ability to evaluate data and information to make operational decisions.
- Oral/Written communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast paced work environment

Salary Range: $168,500 - $227,500
