Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for SQDC, customer satisfaction and the overall profitability for the Intergalactic business/portfolio
- Coach and develop cross functional teams
- Oversee all financial metrics including revenue growth, operating profit and free cash flow
- Identify and execute strategic commercial actions to improve contract profitability
- Establish and maintain close business relationships with customers driving strong adoption of the new technology
- Drive the Thermal management strategy for the business and execute on technology and manufacturing maturation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience, especially in aerospace industry

- Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration is preferred
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Direct customer experience, negotiations, influence and problem solving
- Strong operating background, program and shop operations experience preferred
