We are seeking a dynamic HR Leader to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, talent strategy, and employee experience. In this role, you will plan, develop, and implement a wide range of HR functions that align with our business goals and foster a positive, productive workplace.
What You’ll Do- Partner closely with business leaders to understand challenges and design HR programs that drive results.
- Lead performance management initiatives, succession planning, and talent reviews to nurture and develop our workforce.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, including investigations and disciplinary processes, to maintain a respectful and fair work environment.
- Facilitate employee engagement through focus groups and collaborative problem-solving sessions.
- Support career development initiatives and contribute to events like Career Day.
- Continuously review and improve onboarding and HR processes, sharing best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Relations: Build strong relationships with leadership and employees; effectively manage investigations and conflict resolution.
- Group Facilitation: Lead engagement focus groups and assist in organizing career development events.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance onboarding and other HR processes; promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Workforce Strategy: Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to algin talent acquisitions and development with business needs
What We’re Looking For- Proven experience in HR leadership roles with a strong understanding of business operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues with discretion and fairness.
- Skilled facilitator with experience leading group discussions and employee engagement initiatives.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Salary Range $100,000- $130,000
