Roles and Responsibilities
Support GEAP Finance Manager in Site strategy and operational execution of manufacturing finance activities, coordinating planning, pacing, and closing activities. Own P&L and balance sheet activities, including cost accounting, inventory controls (standards, variances, etc.), product fulfillment and COGS booking, functional costs, P&E, etc.
Operational Reviews and Consolidation: Own the consolidation and analysis of financial data for Monthly Operating Rhythms (MORs) and Weekly Operating Reviews (WORs), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
Supports Senior Finance Manager in planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve productivity and performance goals. Lead and support Long Range Forecast planning cycle, monthly estimates and actuals to plan variance analysis.
Provides controllership support to Finance Manager, local Statutory Team and global IM/Supply Chain including overseeing close processes, financial reporting, transfer pricing documentation, statutory and government reporting compliance.

Utilizes technical expertise, judgement and flight deck tools to solve problems. Leverages technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team and external consulting to arrive at decisions.
Supports implementation of Oracle modules related to manufacturing process (Costing, Inventory Management, Direct Procurement) and integration with other critical processes and functions such as Logistics, Sourcing, Facility Management and Quality.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university or college
Solid experience in an accounting or finance position
Public Accountant certificate, ACCA or CIMA membership or advanced progress in the program will be an advantage
Desired Characteristics
Experience in leading monthly financial closing and reporting processes including financials statement analysis, journal entry review, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and presentations on results
Knowledge of the main US GAAP principles
Knowledge of the IFRS and Poland GAP statutory accounting principles
Understanding of Poland tax law and proven ability to coordinate complex tax requirements
Experience in auditing, driving efficiencies and implementing controls in financial processes
Advanced and practical skillset in data analysis tools
Proven analytical and organizational ability
Proven capability to plan and execute several projects simultaneously
Proven ability to deliver results on time
Excellent teamwork skills; collaborative approach with peers and team members
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrates Flight Deck concept in action and leverages AI tools to drive continuous improvement
