Position SummaryAccountable for an operation within a Division to achieve results identified by the Corporations WIN Strategy and division/business unit Strategy Deployment goals. Leads a team of empowered employees to continuously meet and exceed customer expectations.
Provides leadership for operation employees. Coordinates cross-functional activities that may include any or all of the following: Sales & Marketing, Design Engineering, Applications Engineering, Inventory Control and Production. Interacts with current and prospective customers, Sales Representatives & Distributors, all levels of the Division.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities- To profitably grow the business and achieve Business Unit, Division and Corporate goals monthly, quarterly and annually. Works with current and potential customers to promote and leverage company technologies, systems, products and services.
- Establishes and maintains premier customer service.
- Leads strategy deployment for the operation concentrating on Lean Initiatives and Sales growth. Leads Manufacturing, Applications Engineering, and Sales/Marketing functions to ensure operational efficiency and economy.
- Accountable for driving Lean Initiatives throughout the operation to ensure they are fully embraced and implemented.
- Ensures the operation has adequate inventory, production control scheduling, shipping/receiving logistics.
- Develops a budget plan and manages operation within budget constraints.
- Maintains familiarity with competitive environment within geographical area of responsibility.
- Represents the operation at the Business Unit and Division levels.
- Provides leadership by promoting team concepts, coaching, counseling, retaining, mentoring, training, talent management, and individual development. Drives a culture of accountability and results through strategy deployment and effective performance management.
We offer a comprehensive and competitive total compensation package which includes:
- Salary range for this position based in New Hope, MN is: $103,117- $180,510
- This position is eligible for a 15 target Annual Cash Incentive Bonus, based upon various factors including division performance
- To help promote a healthy work/life balance, this position is eligible for 20 PTO days, 1 floating holiday and 12 paid holidays (prorated based on date of hire.)

Qualifications
Qualifications- Bachelors Degree in a technical or business discipline is required; an MBA is desirable.
- Minimum seven years operations experience with budgetary and P&L responsibility (e.g. Business Unit Manager, Plant Manager, Manufacturing Manager).
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities using effective problem solving / resolution skills and a team focus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively and persuasively presentinformation to management, customers, and employees
