We operate and maintain the world’s largest fleet of the Bell 214B helicopter, the most powerful single-engine, twin bladed helicopter.
As we expand, we’re establishing a new manufacturing facility and are looking for a Quality Manager to lead this exciting new phase.
The Role
As a Quality Manager for our new manufacturing division, you will play a key role in the creation of a Part 21 manufacturing facility. You’ll oversee quality assurance, control, and compliance with FAA and relevant aviation standards, ensuring operational excellence across all stages of the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish a Quality Management System (QMS) in full compliance with FAA regulations and other aviation standards.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure product certification and airworthiness.
- Lead internal and external audits, driving corrective actions to address non-conformances.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiencies and excellence in manufacturing.
- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance to maintain high standards and operational safety.
About You
You will bring at least 10 years of experience in Quality Management within the aerospace or aircraft manufacturing industry. You’ll have strong knowledge of Part 21 regulations and will be a natural leader, capable of driving quality improvements in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience in rotary wing operations, this will be a distinct advantage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Quality Management in the aerospace or aircraft manufacturing sector
- In-depth knowledge of Part 21 regulations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership experience in managing quality teams
- Experience with rotary wing operations is highly regarded
Experience: 5+ years in Manufacturing (Preferred)
