The Regional Safety & Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all Express standard work is executed in accordance with corporate, airline, line of business, and regulatory safety/Security requirements. This role drives consistency and continuous improvement across multiple stations by following up on safety/security incidents, analyzing incident trends, and developing proactive risk mitigation plans to maintain a safe, compliant, and high-performing operation.

Aviation operations experience within cargo, ramp, or airport environments.
3–5 years of ramp safety experience, including exposure to airside safety programs and compliance standards.
3–5 years of Weight & Balance experience, with a strong understanding of aircraft load control and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated experience in aircraft loading planning, including coordination with ramp teams and airline partners.
Ability to reside within one (1) hour of a major airport to support operational needs and regional travel requirements.
