We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced and strategic Experimentation Lead to develop and lead a multidisciplinary experimentation function, including dedicated development, design and analytics leads, building scalable capability that drives sustainable growth rather than isolated test outcomes. The role will also contribute to defining the easyJet experimentation strategy, leverage new technologies, AI and automation to ensure we can scale our experimentation execution efficiently and continuously deliver incremental value.
The Digital Product Team sits in the Digital function within the Customer & Marketing Team. We own a critical part of the easyJet customer journey as we look after the primary digital customer touchpoints. We maintain and innovate our website and our award-winning mobile app to deliver best in class customer experience, all whist delivering and exceeding on business objectives. We are a lean team that operates efficiently, with focused strategy, clear objectives, data driven decision making, and value-based output.
This critical role is responsible for building and scaling a product-led, data-driven experimentation capability across easyJet’s digital ecosystem, including easyjet.com, native mobile apps and easyJet Holidays. As we evolve our platforms, this role will ensure experimentation is embedded within the product development lifecycle and engineering architecture, enabling teams to deliver measurable customer and commercial value through structured test-and-learn practices.
