Execute the strategy for Contract improvements
Responsible for meeting Company economics/financial and contractual targets within the allocated budget, including margin expansion initiatives
Review on regular basis with Program Managers the budget, business plan, economics (REV, GM, ), financials (collection, cash), program KPI (OTD, VoC)
Ensure the application of risk management, monitoring the execution of mitigation activities
Accountable for the deployment of Flight Deck and adoption of continuous improvements mindset and problem solving tools
Accountable for defining program governance with Customer, leads Program Managers to meet the Program milestones in terms of timing, financials and quality
Define actions with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and maximize Customer satisfaction
Define team structures, objectives and people development in terms of hard and soft competences growth according to the OTR competences model
On New Make programs, is accountable for the flow-down of Customer Demand . For new industrialization, is accountable for the execution of the development plan to meet the production rate.
Responsible for Program Control Board and Cost Review and Productivity and Profitability Review preparation
Support the Commercial Team during all the phases of an offer, starting from the Customer needs through the negotiations, until the hand-over at the Kick-Off meeting
Motivate and inspires the team to drive daily activities applying standard work and operating rhythm to focus on the specific priorities
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelors degree from accredited university or college
Significant experience in Product/Program Management role
Management by risk attitude
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Proven leadership, influencing ability and strong team player
Sense of urgency in dealing with issues and tasks
Proactive, adaptable and able to work with an entrepreneurial approach in a complex environment
Customer oriented
Fluent written and spoken English
Availability to travel as needed to support the Business
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
Desired Characteristics
Previous experience in Aeronautical/Aerospace business is a plus
Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college, preferred graduation in Mechanical/Aerospace/Management Engineering.
Familiarity/mastering of Lean and hands-on experience in Lean improvement projects
