As a Senior Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility in Freeport, IL. You will ensure that production processes are efficient, safe, and compliant with regulatory standards. Your role will involve supervising a team of operators, implementing safety protocols, and optimizing plant operations to meet production targets.

You will report directly to our Operations Manager and work out of our Freeport, IL location on an onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our manufacturing operations. Your expertise in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring safety and compliance, and optimizing production processes will directly contribute to the efficiency and profitability of our facility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


•Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
•Coordinate all aspects of the production operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
•Lead and motivate a team of operators and technicians to achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational issues
•Provide guidance to all shifts for production operations

The annual base salary range for this position is $85,600 - $107,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a generalguideline. YOU MUST HAVE


•Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
•Strong knowledge of production processes, safety protocols, and regulatory standards. 
•Excellent leadership and communication skills.
•Must have experience with SAP
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel
