Based in Cedar Hill, TX, our mission is to keep aircraft operations running smoothly through expert parts handling, logistics, and maintenance support. We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Stockroom Supervisor to lead our inventory operations and support our continued growth.

Position Overview:
The Stockroom Supervisor will oversee all day-to-day stockroom operations, ensuring aviation parts and materials are received, organized, tracked, and distributed efficiently. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting maintenance operations, and ensuring FAA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily stockroom activities including receiving, stocking, issuing, and shipping aviation parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Ensure traceability, proper labeling, and documentation of all aviation components.
• Supervise, train, and schedule stockroom personnel.
• Coordinate with procurement, shipping, and maintenance teams to fulfill part requests and meet project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and FAA regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant stockroom environment.
• Operate stockroom equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or technical training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or inventory-related role; aviation or aerospace experience is a strong plus.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficient in inventory systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
