Description: You will be the Subcontract Manager for the Radio Frequency Sensor Product Center (RFS PC). Our team is responsible for managing a multi-million dollar IRAD-funded project across business areas, driving innovation and delivery of complex sensor products.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex subcontracts and purchase orders, working autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Preparing bid packages and analyzing proposals
• Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions
• Administering subcontract awards and managing supplier efforts
• Ensuring 100 on-time delivery to accelerated schedules
• Managing supplier capacity, ramp-up efforts, and design iterations with the engineering team

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college
• Ability to work autonomously
• Experience with development programs
• DOD procurement work

• Experience placing and managing major subcontracts and Purchase Orders

• Detail and Teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skills
• Business acumen and ability to make sound business decisions

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
