VIE - Manufacturing Project

Job Description:

The objective is to assist the Operations and Supply chain managers in various activities:

This will includes:
•tEnergy management:
otBased on energy consumption measurement, to develop a tool to predict future energy consumption in planning management software
•tEHS - Risk analysis:
otTo support and coordinate annual risk analysis review (ergonomic, environmental and chemical), in relation with EHS team and ambassadors
otto identify and mitigate potential hazards jointly with HSE Officer.
otTo follow and deploy action plan
•tProductivity management
otTo support operations performance in various queries, like OEE, OLE
otTo develop and deploy new queries
•tTo handle various improvement project for the site and operations
otCoordinate with engineering company
•tAdhere and actively participate in occupational Safety, Health and Environmental; and Energy policies, procedures and activities such as I-See I-Act, general planned inspection, low carbon initiative, etc.
•tAdhere and comply with Business Ethics, Anti-Corruption, Flight Safety Management System, and others relevant policies, procedures and activities
•tPerform other related duties as required.

Job Requirements:

•\tEngineer in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
•\tHands-on experience in industrial process.
•\tSkill in Pbi and data management (visual basic,..)
•\tExcellent communication, team player and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
•\tStrong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
•\tProficient in the use of Microsoft Office application
•\tGood communication skills, both verbal and written.
•\tFluent in English both speaking and writing.
