What You’ll Do
- Checking Pre alert, prepare all related documents for Brown tail arrival and departure.
- Typing FWB message, update Air system & VN National Single Window, …
- Submit required documents for cargo clearance, …
- Update information via email, UPS system as guidelines.
- Sorting & Scanning Import/ Export volume in AM shift.
- Retrieve cargo from UPS warehouse for clearance & delivery.
- Take care all related jobs when Aircraft arrives & parks in local airport.
- Supervise all Ground services of outsource vendors at UPS Aircraft.
- Report to Gateway Sup if theres any abnormal problem.
- And any other duties assigned from time to time.
Your Skills & Requirements
- Oral & written communication skill in Vietnamese (good English speaking is preferable).
- Good computer literacy.
- 3-5 years relevant experience in airport.
- Have experience in working with Airlines Rep, Airport Security Dep., …
- University or College graduation is preferable.
- Hard working, diligent, & Teamwork.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Agree to work in night shift, Saturday & Sunday.
- Accept working in the Airport location.
