Responsibilities
1. Makes complete line set ups on jobs from charts and process specifications.2. Operates line, maintaining proper speeds, adjustments, etc. to ensure a quality product while hitting a standard production rate.3. Performs frequent inspections of product, both visually and through the use of O.D. Tape and calipers. 4. Prepares and completes necessary paperwork.
Qualifications
Education required: High School diploma or GED preferredExperience: Production work preferred but not requiredPreferred Skills/Qualifications: 1. Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills2. Basic knowledge and use of hand tools3. Sound decision making skills4. Good math, reading, writing skills5. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude6. Mental and visual acuity for production of quality product7. Strong trouble shooting skillsSkills/Competencies: 1. Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office package2. Ability to lift up to 50 poundsOther Skills: Ability to work well in a team environmentAssessment: Employee must pass Pre-employment screening
