We are looking for an Operations Support Manager to help deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for a strategic and results-oriented professional to lead the Flight Operations support area, ensuring the proper execution of critical administrative processes, the follow-up of key initiatives, and the coordination of high-priority cross-functional projects.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering
- Advanced English proficiency
Experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- 4+ years of experience in flight operations
- 2+ years of experience in labor relations
- 4+ years of experience in project management
- Strong technical and aeronautical knowledge (required)
- Knowledge of aeronautical regulations
