HR Generalist

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable HR Generalist on a temporary assignment to support the day-to-day Human Resources functions within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to build and grow their HR career through hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, and workforce support. ResponsibilitiesSupport daily HR operations and respond to employee and leader inquiriesAssist with recruitment activities including creating job requisitions and coordinating interviewsMaintain employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality and accuracySupport attendance tracking, reporting, and general HR administrationAssist with employee relations matters and help facilitate positive workplace interactionsCoordinate onboarding activities and support employee orientation processesAssist with training coordination, engagement initiatives, and internal communicationEnsure HR practices are aligned with company policies, procedures, and employment standards legislationQualificationsDiploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field1–3 years of HR, administrative, customer service, or related experience is considered an assetRecent graduates with relevant co-op or internship experience are encouraged to applyStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionProficient with Microsoft Office applicationsSelf-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment Please note this is a temporary assignment for 3 months.
