About the role:

Officer-Customer Relations is the “Point of Contact” for any reservation and information enquiry. “Point of contact” Service Agents receives and provides any flight reservation and information with its unique, individual service orientation and profound professional skills.

Main Duties include but not limited to:

  • Ensure continuous and immediate availability and representation. The preferred language of communication is Arabic.
  • Identify and initiate any work of preliminary operational and informational coordination to achieve optimum customer service function.
  • Provide customer service by various means of communication i.e. mobile, telephone, facsimile, internet etc. and regularly monitor the same.
  • Identify the Customer representative immediately. Make use of available means of information to complete customer identification.
  • Consolidate all available information to identify customer´s request as precisely as possible for further processing.
  • Initiate customer request related review if operationally necessary.
  • Deliver agreed upon basic set of flight related information to customer. In case of extended demand provide additional information after operational clarification/confirmation.
  • Maintain continuous status of available operational resources. Ensure production process after receipt of customer request. Identify early warnings of operational restriction or irregularities. Provide customer with any operation related information in case of customer request.
  • Complete the Production Line Information Template. Make sure Production Line Information Template is reflecting strictly as per Customer requirements.
  • Establish and maintain highly confidential customer data base. Develop and organize service feedback and production improvement system.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, experience and skills:

  • Minimum requirement: High School; College Degree preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in Customer Relations (preferred).
  • Good command of English and Arabic (spoken & written)
