Raytheon is seeking a Logistics Supervisor. This position will be the primary focal point for shipping, receiving, and inventory management operations across all Missile Integration and Test Facility based programs, including company owned and GFM depot material. This position requires constant coordination with numerous factories and programs to meet all material management expectations. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills necessary to monitor and control warehouse inventory and all inbound and outbound shipments in accordance with Raytheon and DOD instructions and regulations.

To be eligible for a SkillBridge Fellowship, you must meet the following requirements:
Must be eligible to participate in Fellowship per DoD Instruction 1322.29.
Must be projected to receive an honorable discharge from the military.
Must have all TAP and transition requirements completed prior to the start date.
Must receive approval from Unit Commander or O4+ in the chain of command.
Must be located within a commutable distance or willing/approved to relocate to the job location
What You Will Do
Clear understanding of hazardous materials classifications, specifically Class 1. Experience working with hazardous materials - Class 1 compatibility rules in a DOD or Defense contractor setting
Demonstrated people management/leadership skills, experience engaging large, complicated teams
Understanding of regulations relative to handling, processing, and movement of dangerous or sensitive materials including CFR, DFARS, FAR, ITAR, DoD and DSS
Must be able to obtain and maintain an Alcohol, tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF)
Must be able to obtain CSCP certification
This position is located in Tucson AZ
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
