Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par le Ministère français de l&39;Économie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet à Airbus d&39;offrir à de jeunes professionnels la possibilité d&39;acquérir une expérience rémunérée et valorisante à l&39;étranger, dans un métier technique ou commercial. 

Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d&39;éligibilité de Business France.

Principaux critères d&39;exigibilité du VIE : 

• Être citoyen(ne) de l&39;Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum.

Un poste sous contrat VIE en tant que Juriste est à pourvoir au sein d&39;Airbus SAS Commercial Aircraft chez Airbus Americas Inc. à Herndon, Virginia, USA. Vous rejoindrez le département Legal Affairs Commercial Operations & Finance.

Missions et responsabilités : 

Vous soutiendrez les activités principales suivantes : 

• Fournir des conseils juridiques liés aux aspects du droit des contrats

• Traiter un large éventail de problèmes juridiques principalement dans les domaines des achats et des services après-vente, tels que les réclamations, les négociations de contrats, l&39;analyse des risques juridiques 

• Fournir un soutien corporate / droit des affaires (assister les avocats seniors dans la gestion des affaires juridiques liées à la création, gouvernance et au développement des entreprises, et accompagnement dans la gestion du portefeuille des filiales du groupe Airbus aux Etats-Unis)

• Effectuer des recherches juridiques dans les domaines du droit des contrats,  du financement, du numérique, du droit des sociétés, du droit commercial etc

Des déplacements professionnels peuvent être nécessaires en Amérique du Nord ou en Europe et, de ce fait, vous devez être disposé(e) à vous déplacer en conséquence. 

Compétences requises 

Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes : 

• Titulaire d&39;un diplôme Master 2 ou équivalent dans le domaine de Droit des Affaires ou une discipline du droit apparentée. 

• 1 à 2 ans d&39;expérience en Droit des Affaires, conseil juridique en entreprise (apprentissages et stages compris) 

• Outils informatiques basiques communément utilisés en entreprise 

• Compétences linguistiques: Niveau avancé et de négociation en anglais. Une deuxième langue comme le français serait un avantage. 

En outre, vous êtes en mesure de démontrer les compétences suivantes : 

• Vous avez de très bonnes compétences en communication et en présentation 

• Vous avez de bonnes capacités d&39;analyse ; capacité à voir la situation dans son ensemble 

• Vous aimez travailler avec différentes fonctions, nationalités et créer des solutions communes 

• Vous avez un sens diplomatique et un esprit ouvert 

• Vous êtes capable de travailler dans un contexte international.

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. 

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France&39;s eligibility criteria. 

VIE Main Requirements: 

• European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old. 

• Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any.

A VIE for a Legal Counsel has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in  Airbus Americas, Inc. at Herndon, Virginia, USA.

You will join the Legal Affairs Commercial Operations & Finance department.

You will join a department with highly experienced teams of legal counsels located worldwide, notably in Europe, US, Canada and China, and their respective leaders and managers who make our department an incredible place to work! All teams are passionate about supporting the business and finding legal solutions with the customer at heart.

Your main tasks will include: 

• Contract law support

• Support a wide range of topics relating to sales, procurement and after sales services, such as claims, contract negotiations, legal risks analysis 

• Legal research regarding contract, insolvency, corporate and digital matters

• Support the teams on ethics and compliance matters 

• Corporate / business law support (creation, management, governance of a portfolio of companies in North America)

This role may involve some travel for business in the USA, Canada and/or Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly. 

Required skills 

You have the following skills and experience: 

• You have a degree in law preferably business law 

• You have international experience, spoken and written fluency in English, another language (French) would be an advantage 

• You are able to work in an international context 

• IT tools

In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:, 

• You have very good communication and presentation skills 

• You have good analytical skills; ability to see the bigger picture 

• You like to work with different functions, nationalities and create joint solutions
