Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Pay: $28-$30 per hour on W2 (OT after 40 hours)
Per Diem: $600/week for eligible candidates
Relocation: Out-of-state candidates accepted; must relocate at own expense

Job Summary
The company is seeking experienced Aircraft Painters to support the 787 Program in North Charleston, South Carolina. This role involves preparing and painting aircraft sections according to customer designs and unique livery requirements. Candidates must be able to work at heights using fall protection equipment and successfully complete required training.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform painting of aircraft sections per customer design and livery requirements
- Verify aircraft readiness for exterior finishing
- Prepare exterior aircraft surfaces for painting
- Apply primers, paints, finishes, and external markings
- Create necessary patterns and perform layout work
- Follow detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Comply with safety, FOD prevention, material handling, and quality standards
- Handle and dispose of hazardous materials properly
Training Requirements
- Formal classroom and site foundational training (3–4.5 weeks on first shift)
- Must obtain and maintain Fall Protection Certification
- Successful completion of training is required to continue assignment
