Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate Paint Booth Operator (Level B) to join the team based out of Helena, Montana.
In this position the candidate will operate the paint booth station. In this role they will be responsible for learning and adhering to standard process and procedures while preparing and painting parts for Boeing Helena. Performs basic organic chemical conversion and paint preparation. Applies routine coatings for corrosion protection and appearance requirements. Works on articles of varying complexity following established drawings and requirements.
Position Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication and manufacturing environment
- 1+ years of experience sanding, taping, mixing material and application of paint
- 1+ years of experience in industrial paint prep/masking
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience sanding, taping, mixing material and application of paint
- 3+ years of experience in industrial paint prep/masking

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as spanet and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $48,600 – $53,000
Sign-On Bonus: External candidates are eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $2,000
