Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business aviation, with specific expertise in MRO quoting, maintenance planning, and aircraft modifications.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•Develop and manage MRO quotes for clients, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
•Collaborate with maintenance planning teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and operational activities.
•Analyze spanet trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
•Maintain and update CRM systems with relevant client and project information.
•Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
•Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
•Develop and manage quotes for aircraft modifications, ensuring all regulatory and client requirements are met.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education:
- Bachelors degree in business, Aviation Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales operations within the business aviation industry.
- Proven experience in MRO quoting, maintenance planning, and aircraft modifications.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite, and Quantum ERP.
- Comprehension, understanding and execution of broad practices associated within the field assigned and related fields. Applies these understandings in the completion of complex work assignments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and ability to work without direct and immediate supervision.
