Senior Sales Representative (m/f/d)
Job Description:

Tasks

  • Lead price negotiations with international tour operator partners within your designated portfolio.
  • Calculate pricing for full-charter operations upon request.
  • Offer current and upcoming seasonal routes to partners. 
  • Prepare and manage seasonal contracts, ensuring timely execution.
  • Draft and update Master Agreements and Charter Contracts, including all relevant appendices.
  • Respond to partner requests such as route planning, cancellations, seat allocation updates, and pricing adjustments.
  • Act as the main liaison between tour operators and internal departments.
  • Improve the functionality of planning and sales systems by defining user specifications and submitting change requests
  • Serve as the key contact for system-related adjustments and user guidelines within the Tour Operator Relations team. 
  • Organize and lead sales meetings to align with other departments in the Frankfurt Commercial office.
  • Represent SunExpress at travel fairs and partner presentations.
  • Monitor spanet trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

  • Bachelor’s degree or education as travel agent
  • Ideally, you have at least 5 years of experience in a sales-related role, preferably with interfaces to partner or account management. Experience in the travel, airline, or tourism industry is a plus, but not a strict requirement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, experience in airline or tour operator reservation systems of advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and German, in verbal and written form (Turkish is an advantage)
  • Willingness to travel
